#16. Sleep in a satin cap or use a satin pillow case to keep your hair from drying out at night. Cotton pillowcase absorbs moisture from your hair.
#18. Avoid pulling your hair tight at the hairline. This will result in a receding hairline and bald patches which can permanently damage the hair growth follicles.
#19. Reduce combing if you can. Frequent combing can be damaging to the hair and will reduce length retention.
#20. Healthy hair starts with clean hair. Don’t be afraid to shampoo your hair at least once in a month.
#21. Increase blood flow to your scalp by massaging it 2-3 times a week to stimulate your hair follicles.
