3. You solicit hair tips from too many sources and try too many things.
When you’re trying to solve a long-standing problem, it can be easy to ask many counsels for advice. Since you don’t have the basic knowledge about your hair, you accept every hair advice and perhaps even try out some of them. Instead of only doing what works for your hair type, you experiment with all sorts of hair tips and techniques.
Knowledge is a powerful resource, once you know the truth about your hair, you will be able to truly enjoy the beauty of your hair.
4. You look for hair advice from the wrong source.
Just because someone is giving hair advice doesn’t mean that they are providing you with the right type of information that can be helpful to you.
While there’s nothing wrong with researching different information online, it’s important that you get your hair information from someone who actually understands the nature of your hair.
This is why I always stress knowing some basic science about your hair so that you can evaluate the hair advice and determine if it’s worth trying.
5. You don’t have a system that will help you to get rid of dry hair.
The key to being successful at anything in life is consistency. If you want to see results in the health of your hair, you must be consistent with your hair routine. This is why having a system that you can replicate over and over again is crucial to helping you stay consistent so that you can see predictable results.
Having a system in place will also help to reduce the overwhelm of natural hair care.
You don’t have to keep making the same mistakes over and over again.
